Here at www.reviewbiteback.com we believe that www.tripadvisor-warning.com have a brilliant cause and objective. To show Trip Advisor for the misleading and biased site that it is. We consider our new site to be a much fairer and more reliable way to collect customer comments and reviews that the traditional forms of review sites such as Tripadvisor.com and reviewcentre.com The difference being that we can guarantee that our comments and reviews have come from actual customers that have experienced the service or product as the review is stimulated by the company that has provided that service. The customer’s comments and reviews are noted in our system, then an email is sent to that customer and they have to verify the comment and activate the review themselves. Having been on the sharp end of review sites ourselves we decided that enough was enough and we needed to create a site that gave good quality information to the consumer but also protected the hard working, hoteliers, travel agents, tour operators and travel product suppliers.
We have just launched phase one of the site that allows consumers the chance to see real reviews and comments about a company along with other important information including the number of customers they have serviced, date established, awards achieved, photos and a full profile of the company. This really is just phase one for us, we have great aspirations to make www.reviewbiteback.com/ more user friendly and informative than any other review site but also make sure that lies and libel comments are never posted and all comments are VERIFIED! As the guys on www.tripadvisor-warning.com have said, it is an easy thing to do, so we are doing it!
So what is next for www.reviewbiteback.com/ ? We want to show consumers the experiences of existing customers that have used services from the booking process to the actual fulfilment of the service, be it a stay in a hotel, a flight or a holiday extra. So after the original review is verified by the customer we also take the fulfilment date and we will be sending them a welcome home email. This will give the customer a chance to expand and rate their full experience. These details will then get sent directly to the service provider. If there is any complaints or queries this will give the hotelier or service provider a chance to resolve any problems the customer may have had. Once both parties are happy for the extended review to go live, it can!
www.reviewbiteback.com are going to work tirelessly to make sure companies in the travel industry are fairly represented when it comes to reviews, without losing any legitimacy of reviews made on our site, giving consumers the best information possible
