Imagine being an owner of a hotel, B&B or restaurant, and finding out someone else has been posting Responses in your name about Your Reviews, being rude to your reviewers.. Pretty shocking to say the least!!.
ANYONE can become an “Owner”, “Manager” , “Public Relations Agent” or you name it of ANY establishment on TripAdvisor. Within 60 sec. you can have full access to any establishment 100% unverified!!.. you do not even need a valid Email account. You can change phone numbers ( change it to that of a brothel or Chinese Restaurant ) Change the Prices ( make them extremely high if you are the competition ) Change the number of rooms, Respond to ANY Review ( be a bit abrubt if you are the competition.. don’t over do it though, cos Tripadvisor does approve it ) You also have FULL access to the “Owners Forum”

So, another fine example that NOTHING on TripAdvisor can be trusted.. Reviews are lies, and now Management Responses are lies… Gotta luv TA!!

On July 1st ( the day before we posted it ) we contacted both the owner AND TripAdvisor about this Fake Management Review together with a link and the above screenshot. FOUR days later, and only after we posted it here and on Twitter TripAdvisor decides to remove it.. Not an easy task for TripAdvisor, and they still didn’t get it right, they only removed ONE of the two fake responses. We contacted TripAdvisor and the owners AGAIN, to point out that there was still a Fake Response.. it took TripAdvisor another TWO days to finally remove it.
We have screenshots of 42 other FAKE Management Reviews on 42 Establishments (and counting very fast)
Ask yourself WHY would anyone trust these Buffoons, they just don’t care about you or your establishment.
